Scheduled shutdowns provide an excellent opportunity to evaluate the condition of in-plant equipment. Depending on the time and resources available, HPE provides a general visual inspection of equipment along with obtaining any samples for lab analysis; but can readily schedule a complete, thorough analysis using top-of-the-line video equipment for assessment and documentation. This type of analysis can be used to complement eddy-current testing for a more complete evaluation of the water side surfaces.
